Certificates in Foodservice Management

There are two professional certificates series from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. Foodservice Management - 4 Four-Week Courses - Complete in Just 4 Months. Foodservice Management Master Certificate - 8 Four-Week Courses - Complete in Just 8 Months. Certificate in Foodservice Management
This certificate examines the issues and challenges of the food service industry. Courses will focus on a systems approach to food service management that drives profitability through improved human resource management, and superior service. Learn how to manage the major areas of menu planning, purchasing, receiving, storage, production, control and management.

Accreditation
Participants who successfully complete all courses above will receive a Certificate in Foodservice Management from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.

Master Certificate in Foodservice Management
The Master Certificate is designed for foodservice professionals who want to extend their skills beyond the foodservice certificate to pursue the marketing, business, and people management aspects of foodservice organizations. In addition to the courses listed above for the Certificate in Foodservice Management, students pursuing the Master Certificate must also complete the following courses:
