Cornell University's series in getting things done in organizations helps leaders develop skills and learn processes critical to executing initiatives in corporate, not-for-profit, or public organizations. Focus on how to get things done in organizations: how to create change and build support. Develop the skills necessary to lead proactively, become a consensus builder, and mobilize action. The skills and processes developed in this series will enable leaders to identify opportunities for effective action and shepherd them from concept to execution.

Courses must be taken in the sequence shown.

Accreditation
Participants who successfully complete all four courses in this certificate series will receive a Certificate in Proactive Leadership from Cornell University.

Each course in this certificate series has been approved for six recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute. Please contact the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI) for further information about certification or recertification.
