Business Law II
This comprehensive learning module covers material typically taught in an advanced college-level Business Law course. Units focus on sales law, debtor-creditor relations, business organizations, corporations, property, and commercial paper. In addition, topics such as product liability, bankruptcy, partnerships, landlord-tenant law, and holder in due course status are discussed in more detail. Each chapter begins with a key list of terms and definitions to help readers familiarize themselves with the legal vocabulary included in that chapter. Chapters conclude with multiple-choice and short-answer questions, and a practice examination is located at the end of the module to test comprehension.
