Anatomy and Physiology
 The Anatomy and Physiology Comprehensive Learning Module focuses on the structures of the body and the ways in which these structures interact. Topics addressed include the following: cells; tissues; the integumentary system; the skeletal system; muscle physiology; the nervous system; the endocrine system; blood; the cardiovascular system; the lymphatic system; the immune system; the respiratory system; the digestive system; metabolism; the urinary system; fluid and electrolyte balance; the reproductive system; and the specialized senses. The guide includes an Appendix of drawings of key systems. Each chapter includes short-answer study questions, and a complete, multiple-choice practice exam to test comprehension is located at the end of the guide.

Excelsior College® Examination

Excelsior College® Examinations are administered at Pearson Vue testing centers. You must register for the examination through Excelsior College prior to contacting a Pearson Vue testing center to schedule the examination.

From the Excelsior College Web site, www.excelsior.edu, click on the “Excelsior College Examinations” link. Under the EC Exams Resources & Services, select “Excelsior College Exams Registration.” You will be directed to the Excelsior College Web Site Login page. Enter your username and password. If you do not have an EC User Account, click on “Create A Free MyEC User Account Now!” and complete the required information. An EC User Account is required for all enrolled and non-enrolled Excelsior College* students in order to register for an examination.
