The College Network, in partnership with accredited universities across the United States, offers online degree completion and professional certificate programs that complement professional growth for an array of health care industries.
Programs are conveniently accessed online, and they enable learners to work at an independent pace—saving time and money.
Our “Lunch and Learn” series is a great way to promote continued professional growth and development among your staff. It is a series of content-driven blocks of instruction provided to our partners in either local or online formats, with the most popular course being on conflict resolution. Each session runs approximately 20 to 30 minutes—the course of a lunch period.
Information Tables are ideal for high-traffic areas, where your staff can interact informally with one of our local Program Advisors to receive information on degree and professional certificate programs. This format is most effective when held in conjunction with staff meetings or in-services.
A Group Needs Analysis consultation reflects a departmental breakdown by position of skill set and core competency to ensure the best possible alignment of goals to the unit and organization. Meet with one of our consultants, and we will translate your department goals into individual education paths for your staff.
You’ve identified an interest in more than one event format (i.e. Lunch and Learn, Information Tables, and Group Needs Analysis). We will customize our programs to meet your objectives.
